So far the best most complete book I have seen on fertility awareness and how it can be modified to suit your needs. It is a book for every woman who is interested in how her body works and the changes we go through each cycle. How to use signals our bodies give us to avoid or achieve pregnancy. Information on using fertility awareness during menopause, sex selection of the baby, infertility for both men and women, and much more. I just got a copy and am very pleased.

One of my favorite books. She includes all aspects of fertility going into pregnancy and after the baby is born. There is information on fertility promoters and herbal birth control, menstrual promoters, uterine contractors, I think she covers every thing you need to know about pregnancy and how herbs can be used to aid the pregnancy and birthing process.

I haven't seen this book before but reading the reviews, it looks like a very good book, and a worth while addition to your library.

A must for your library, no woman's library is complete without it. Difficult to find. Very straight forward, no nonsense. The information here is quality info. This is the book to help you truly understand your body. There are excellent pictures and illustrations. And information I have found no where else.

They take accept credit cards, I believe the book is $10. They also sell plastic speculums for $5 {Be sure to request a medium sized speculum, unless you know you need a small sized one or a long size, I understand small sizes are usually sent out}.
